Wasn't as Bad...

The dance wasn't as bad as I thought it was going to be. It was actually pretty fun. The first hour was lame and then everyone got warmed up. I was being forced to dance and I gave in. We all (boys AND girls) formed this HUGE circle and we started pulling each other. Then part of the circle broke off and those people formed another circle. Later we made "conga lines" and we were running around. I wish the dance could have gone on longer.

Middle School

Remember my post of the whole middle school craziness? Well I ended up at Wagner. Now you know.

One Night...........

BACK STORY: My sister Aerin, is a scaredy cat and goes to sleep in my parents room every night at around the middle of the night. Four years ago, I was OBSESSED with Webkinz. My parents were trying to get Aerin to sleep in her own bed. So they went to me for help. I, of course said OK. Now I will tell you about one night four years ago when Aerin was scared and came into my bed.

THAT NIGHT FOUR YEARS AGO: "Sarah?
"Yeah?" I responded to her. "Can I come in your bed?" I thought it over. "I guess," I muttered. I scooched over and  she plopped down her pillow and  then her bear. I scooted over. She pulled the covers, all of them over herself. I yanked them back. She yanked them. This went on for twenty minutes.

THE MIDDLE OF THE NIGHT: The man under the bed was making Webkinz as fast as he could, attaching codes to them and throwing them through the railings of my bed. Suddenly my dream changed. A cop was about to shoot me. "Please. No." I pleaded. "Please!" I cried. Suddenly something hit me in the stomach. And hard. I started crying. I saw a small shape run into my parents room. "Mom!" I screamed and the tears started. "What, what?" She asked, looking concerned. I was out of breath. "My stomach," I said breathing heavily. I looked over. "Where's Aerin?"
My mom put the pieces together. "Aerin probably stepped on your stomach." That wrenched thing... I thought. "It hurts," I whined. "I know." My mom said. "I had a dream right before this..."

The Dance

Because the fifth graders are graduating there's some kinda dance that's supposedly cool. OK.... everyone is either looking for a date, has a date, isn't sure if they have a date, or don't want a date. I'm pretty sure that the boys are gonna stand on one side of the room and that the girls are gonna stand on the other. Wonderful. I don't want to waste time that I could be spending working on one of the many pieces I have to complete for the stupid independent writing project looking for a dress to wear to the dance.

Weird Enough...

Because were in fifth grade, there's an end of the year dance.
Sadly enough the girls have to ask the boys. You know why?
There CHICKEN!!
If the boys ask the girls it's on dare. Even then they don't ask.
Strangly enough the girls will.
This just proves boys are scaredy-cats or whatever.
